How it works

1. Activate Emiel the Blessed by paying 1, blinking The Third Doctor.
2. When The Third Doctor enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating a Treasure artifact token.
3. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding 1.
4. Repeat.

This delightful engine relies on Training Grounds to fundamentally rewrite the math of Emiel the Blessed, dropping its blink activation cost down from three mana to a single generic mana. Once that cost is minimized, you can repeatedly exile The Third Doctor and watch it return to the battlefield anew. Each time The Third Doctor blinks back into play, its triggered ability lets you generate a Treasure token, which you can immediately tap and sacrifice to supply the exact single mana needed to fuel Emiel the Blessed's next activation in an endless, self-sustaining loop.
