How it works

1. Cause Sanctum Weaver to become an artifact using Phyrexian Scriptures.
2. Activate Sanctum Weaver by tapping it, adding at least 3.
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Sanctum Weaver.
4. Repeat from step 2.

By using the first chapter of Phyrexian Scriptures to turn Sanctum Weaver into an artifact creature, we pave the way for an extraordinary engine. Sanctum Weaver can then tap for a massive amount of mana, provided you control enough enchantments to surpass the activation cost. That is where Voltaic Construct steps in, spending a portion of that newly generated mana to untap the weaver and ready it to tap all over again. This elegant loop exploits the permanence type granted by Phyrexian Scriptures to turn a standard enchantment-scaling mana producer into a self-contained dynamo of infinite colored mana.
