How it works

1. Cause Bloom Tender to become an artifact using Phyrexian Scriptures.
2. Activate Bloom Tender by tapping it, adding at least 3
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Bloom Tender.
4. Repeat from step 2.

This charming loop turns a humble mana-producer into a self-sustaining engine by utilizing Phyrexian Scriptures to transform Bloom Tender into an artifact creature with its first lore counter. Once it's an artifact, Voltaic Construct can step in to untap it for a modest fee of two mana. Because Bloom Tender taps to generate at least three mana of various colors when you control it, the loop easily pays for the construct's activation cost while generating a surplus of infinite colored mana.
