How it works

1. Cause Rofellos to become an artifact using Phyrexian Scriptures.
2. Activate Rofellos by tapping it, adding at least .
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Rofellos.
4. Repeat from step 2.

By resolving the first chapter of Phyrexian Scriptures, you permanently transform Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary into an artifact creature while growing it with a +1/+1 counter. Once Rofellos wears this new artifact type, Voltaic Construct's ability can finally target him. By tapping Rofellos for a massive surge of green mana fueled by your Forests, you easily pay the cost to untap him with Voltaic Construct, leaving you with an endless loop of floating green mana.
