How it works

1. Activate Urza's first ability by tapping Pili-Pala, adding .
2. Activate Pili-Pala by paying 1 and untapping it, adding one mana of any color.
3. Repeat.
4. Once you have infinite mana, you may use it to activate Urza's ability.

This magnificent transmutation hinges on reducing Pili-Pala's untap cost down to just a single generic mana with the clever placement of Power Artifact. Once that restriction is softened, you can tap Pili-Pala for blue mana using Urza, Lord High Artificer's innate artifact-tapping ability, then spend that very mana to untap Pili-Pala and generate any color of your choice. Repeating this loop yields infinite colored mana, which you can funnel straight into Urza's expensive activated ability to exile your entire library and cast every single spell it contains without paying their mana costs.
