How it works

This clever engine turns Urza, Lord High Artificer into a self-sustaining mana machine by bridging the gap between dwarves and artifacts with Encroaching Mycosynth. Because Encroaching Mycosynth makes all your nonland permanents artifacts, Urza's tap ability can directly target Magda, Brazen Outlaw—who becomes an eligible artifact despite being a dwarf. Every time Magda taps for blue mana, her own ability triggers to spin out a Treasure token, which Freed from the Real then uses its blue mana sink to untap Magda and keep the loop spinning endlessly. Once you've accumulated infinite colored mana and infinite Treasure tokens, Urza's massive activated ability lets you exile and cast every spell in your library for free.
