How it works

  1. Activate Scrapyard Recombiner by paying 1U mana, blinking it.
  2. Scrapyard Recombiner leaves and reenters the battlefield, causing it to enter with +1/+1 counters due to its modular ability, and triggering The Ooze and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability.
  3. Resolve Deadeye Navigator's trigger, repairing it and Scrapyard Recombiner
  4. Resolve The Ooze's trigger, creating a Mutagen token for each +1/+1 counter that was on Scrapyard Recombiner when it left the battlefield.
  5. Activate Urza's first ability twice by tapping Scrapyard Recombiner and a Mutagen, adding U manaU mana.
  6. Repeat.
