How it works

1. Activate Kaya's second loyalty ability by removing two loyalty counters from it, causing you to double any tokens you create this turn.
2. Activate Urza by paying 1, blinking it.
3. When Urza enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
4. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Urza.
5. Resolve the Urza trigger, creating two 0/0 Construct artifact creature tokens.
6. Activate Urza's first ability twice by tapping the Constructs, adding .
7. Repeat from step 2.

This loop relies on Kaya, Geist Hunter’s second loyalty ability to double the artifact creatures brought in by Urza, Lord High Artificer. Once that doubling effect is active, you use Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability to repeatedly flicker Urza whenever it re-enters the battlefield. Each time Urza blinks, it spawns a doubled batch of Construct tokens that you can immediately tap for blue mana using Urza's built-in mana ability, fully refunding the activation cost to keep the cycle going infinitely.
