How it works

  1. Activate Arcbound Condor by paying 1U mana, blinking it.
  2. Arcbound Condor leaves and reenters the battlefield, causing it to enter with +1/+1 counters due to its modular ability, and triggering The Ooze and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability.
  3. Resolve Deadeye Navigator's trigger, repairing it and Arcbound Condor
  4. Resolve The Ooze's trigger, creating a Mutagen token for each +1/+1 counter that was on Arcbound Condor when it left the battlefield.
  5. When the Mutagens enter, Arcbound Condor triggers that many times, giving a creature an opponent controls -1/-1 until end of turn for each trigger.
  6. Activate Urza's first ability twice by tapping Arcbound Condor and a Mutagen, adding U manaU mana.
  7. Repeat.
