How it works

  1. Activate Arcbound Whelp by paying 1U mana, blinking it.
  2. Arcbound Whelp leaves and reenters the battlefield, causing it to enter with +1/+1 counters due to its modular ability, and triggering The Ooze and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability.
  3. Resolve Deadeye Navigator's trigger, repairing it and Arcbound Whelp
  4. Resolve The Ooze's trigger, creating a Mutagen token for each +1/+1 counter that was on Arcbound Whelp when it left the battlefield.
  5. Activate Urza's first ability twice by tapping Arcbound Whelp and a Mutagen, adding U manaU mana.
  6. Repeat.
