How it works

1. Activate Urza by tapping Scaretiller, adding .
2. Scaretiller triggers, returning Vesuva from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of Gods' Eye.
3. Put Vesuva into your graveyard due to the legend rule.
4. Vesuva triggers, creating a 1/1 Spirit creature token.
5. When the Spirit enters the battlefield, Intruder Alarm triggers, untapping all creatures.
6. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Urza, Lord High Artificer turning your creatures into mana sources by tapping them for blue mana, with Scaretiller acting as the designated tapper to jump-start the engine. When Scaretiller taps, its ability pulls Vesuva out of your graveyard, forcing it to enter as a copy of Gods' Eye, Gate to the Reikai; because a legendary land cannot duplicate an existing copy, state-based actions send Vesuva immediately to the graveyard. That trip to the graveyard triggers Gods' Eye, Gate to the Reikai to spawn a 1/1 Spirit token, which in turn wakes up Intruder Alarm to untap all of your creatures. With Intruder Alarm refreshing your board, you can tap Scaretiller once more to repeat the entire cycle, generating an endless cascade of spirits, mana, and landfall triggers.
