How it works

1. Activate Selvala by paying and tapping it, adding at least 1.
2. Activate Scryb Ranger by returning it from the battlefield to your hand, untapping Selvala.
3. Cast Scryb Ranger by paying 1.
4. Repeat.

This elegant loop turns your entire creature base into a self-sustaining mana engine. With Ashaya, Soul of the Wild on the battlefield, every nontoken creature you control gains the Forest land type alongside its other types, allowing them to be bounced by Scryb Ranger's ability. You tap Selvala, Heart of the Wilds to produce an abundance of green mana, then return Scryb Ranger to your hand—returning itself as a Forest thanks to Ashaya—to untap Selvala. Re-casting Scryb Ranger sets off Selvala's power-drawing trigger and feeds the loop all over again, generating infinite colored mana, storm count, and landfall triggers.
