How it works

1. Activate Sanctum Weaver by tapping it, adding at least .
2. Activate Scryb Ranger by returning it from the battlefield to your hand, untapping Sanctum Weaver.
3. Cast Scryb Ranger by paying 1.

By turning every nontoken creature you control into a Forest alongside its other types, Ashaya, Soul of the Wild provides the crucial land infrastructure that makes this loop possible. This allows you to bounce Scryb Ranger back to your hand as its own cost—returning a "Forest" you control—to untap Sanctum Weaver. Sanctum Weaver then taps to produce more than enough mana to recast Scryb Ranger, leaving you with a net gain of colored mana each cycle.
