How it works

1. Cast Naga Fleshcrafter by paying its mana cost. Choose to have it enter the battlefield as a copy of Rakdos Joins Up.
2. Put Naga Fleshcrafter into your graveyard due to the legend rule.
3. Naga Fleshcrafter's first ability and second ability trigger, along with Rakdos Joins Up's second ability.
4. Resolve Naga Fleshcrafter's second trigger and Rakdos Joins Up's trigger, dealing damage to target opponent.
5. Resolve Naga Fleshcrafter's first trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with two +1/+1 counters on it as a copy of Rakdos Joins Up.
6. Repeat from step 2.

By leveraging the legend rule, this loop turns Naga Fleshcrafter into a relentless self-replicating engine: each time it enters as a copy of Rakdos Joins Up, state-based actions force you to sacrifice one, triggering Rakdos Joins Up's damage-dealing ability while simultaneously using the clone's own entry trigger to fish itself right back out of the graveyard with extra +1/+1 counters. Meanwhile, Starfield of Nyx anchors the entire strategy from your enchantment-based permanents, tying the setup together with its passive recursion and animation abilities.
