How it works

2. Holding priority, activate Izzet Guildmage's first ability by paying 2, copying Dramatic Reversal.
3. Resolve the Dramatic Reversal copy, untapping all nonland permanents you control.
4. Activate all nonland permanents by tapping those, adding at least 3.
5. Repeat from step 2.
