How it works

1. Declare The Incredible Hulk as an attacker.
2. Holding priority, activate Pyrohemia by paying , dealing 1 damage to each creature and each player.
3. The Incredible Hulk triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it, untapping it and giving you an additional combat phase after this one.
4. Holding priority, activate The Incredible Hulk by tapping it, adding .
5. Repeat from step 2.

This brilliant loop turns Pyrohemia into a self-sustaining engine by utilizing The Incredible Hulk's unique enrage trigger to constantly untap him mid-combat. With A Realm Reborn granting your permanents the ability to tap for any color of mana, you can pay for Pyrohemia's damage ability using mana generated directly by tapping Bruce Banner // The Incredible Hulk himself. Each activation pings the Hulk to trigger another combat phase and add a +1/+1 counter, letting you repeat the process as many times as you desire to wipe out your opponents.
