How it works

1. Cast Wormfang Drake by paying its mana cost.
2. When Wormfang Drake enters, its first ability triggers, exiling Metamorphosis Fanatic.
3. Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Wormfang Drake.
4. When Wormfang Drake dies, its second ability triggers, returning Metamorphosis Fanatic from exile to the battlefield.
5. When Metamorphosis Fanatic enters, it triggers, returning Wormfang Drake from your graveyard to the battlefield.
6. When Wormfang Drake enters, its first ability triggers, exiling Metamorphosis Fanatic.
7. Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability.
8. Repeat from step 3.

This clever loop creates an endless cycle of rebirth by exploiting Wormfang Drake's delayed-trigger return mechanic. When Wormfang Drake enters the battlefield, it exiles Metamorphosis Fanatic, but you can immediately sacrifice the Drake to Carrion Feeder; this sends the Drake to the graveyard and triggers its leaves-the-battlefield ability to bring the Fanatic right back. In turn, Metamorphosis Fanatic's own entrance triggers to pull Wormfang Drake straight out of the graveyard and back onto the battlefield, restarting the entire process. While you repeat this engine to infinitely pump Carrion Feeder with +1/+1 counters, the loop also generates infinite enters-the-battlefield, leaves-the-battlefield, and death triggers.
