How it works

1. Cast Wormfang Drake by paying its mana cost.
2. When Wormfang Drake enters, its first ability triggers, exiling Sister Hospitaller.
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Wormfang Drake.
4. When Wormfang Drake dies, its second ability triggers, returning Sister Hospitaller from exile to the battlefield.
5. When Sister Hospitaller enters, it triggers, returning Wormfang Drake from your graveyard to the battlefield.
6. When Wormfang Drake enters, its first ability triggers, exiling Sister Hospitaller.
7. Repeat from step 3.

This elegant loop relies on an endless cycle of sacrifice and resurrection to generate infinite resources. You use Phyrexian Altar as the sacrificial engine to bin Wormfang Drake, which triggers its leaves-the-battlefield ability to return Sister Hospitaller. When Sister Hospitaller enters, her Medicus Ministorum ability immediately plucks Wormfang Drake right back out of your graveyard and onto the battlefield, simultaneously gaining you life equal to its mana value. Finally, the newly returned Wormfang Drake's enter-the-battlefield trigger exiles Sister Hospitaller once more, resetting the board so you can sacrifice the Drake to the Altar again for infinite colored mana, life, and death triggers.
