How it works

1. Cast Wormfang Drake by paying its mana cost.
2. When Wormfang Drake enters, its first ability triggers, exiling Sister Hospitaller.
3. Activate Thermopod by sacrificing Wormfang Drake.
4. When Wormfang Drake dies, its second ability triggers, returning Sister Hospitaller from exile to the battlefield.
5. When Sister Hospitaller enters, it triggers, returning Wormfang Drake from your graveyard to the battlefield.
6. When Wormfang Drake enters, its first ability triggers, exiling Sister Hospitaller.
7. Repeat from step 3.

This clever loop uses Wormfang Drake and Sister Hospitaller to constantly trade places, endlessly triggering each other's entry and exit abilities. As Wormfang Drake repeatedly leaves the battlefield, it releases the Sister Hospitaller it previously exiled, while the returning Sister Hospitaller immediately pulls the Drake right back out of your graveyard. To keep this engine fueled, Thermopod steps in as the sacrifice outlet, letting you instantly turn each iteration of the Drake into red mana while also granting itself haste.
