How it works

1. Cast Wormfang Drake by paying its mana cost.
2. When Wormfang Drake enters, its first ability triggers, exiling Sister Hospitaller.
3. Activate Umbral Collar Zealot by sacrificing Wormfang Drake.
4. When Wormfang Drake dies, its second ability triggers, returning Sister Hospitaller from exile to the battlefield.
5. When Sister Hospitaller enters, it triggers, returning Wormfang Drake from your graveyard to the battlefield.
6. When Wormfang Drake enters, its first ability triggers, exiling Sister Hospitaller.
7. Resolve the Umbral Collar Zealot ability.
8. Repeat from step 3.

This clever loop relies on a continuous cycle of exile and resurrection, turning Wormfang Drake and Sister Hospitaller into a self-sustaining engine. When Wormfang Drake enters the battlefield, it exiles Sister Hospitaller, but sacrificing the Drake to Umbral Collar Zealot immediately returns the Hospitaller to play. Sister Hospitaller then triggers to pull the Drake right back from your graveyard, resetting the loop while netting you endless lifegain and letting you repeatedly filter your draws with the Zealot's surveil ability.
