How it works
- Activate Krark-Clan Ironworks by sacrificing the nontoken artifact creature, adding CC.
- When the creature dies, Mortuary and Rakdos trigger.
- Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting the sacrificed creature from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
- Resolve the Rakdos trigger, causing you to exile the top two cards of your library with the ability to cast them this turn.
- Cast the creature from exile by paying at most 2.
- Repeat.
This engine turns a continuous loop of life and death into absolute value by combining sacrifice outlets with graveyard recycling. When you use Krark-Clan Ironworks to feed a creature for colorless mana, Mortuary catches it on the way to the graveyard and neatly stacks it right back on top of your library. Meanwhile, Rakdos, the Muscle watches every sacrifice happen, exiling those top cards so you can recast that exact same creature right back out of exile using the mana you just generated.
