How it works

  1. Cause Shorikai to become a creature.
  2. Activate Vhal by tapping it, adding CCC that cannot be spent to cast spells from your hand.
  3. Activate Shorikai by paying 1 and tapping it, causing you to draw two cards, discard a card, and create a 1/1 Pilot creature token.
  4. Tolarian Kraken triggers twice, causing you to pay 2 to untap Vhal and Shorikai.
  5. Repeat.
