How it works

1. Activate Sidisi by tapping it and sacrificing Breaching Hippocamp, returning Karmic Guide from your graveyard to the battlefield.
2. When Karmic Guide enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Breaching Hippocamp from your graveyard to the battlefield.
3. When Breaching Hippocamp enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping Sidisi.
4. Activate Umbral Collar Zealot by sacrificing Karmic Guide.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Sidisi, Regent of the Mire acting as a necromancer, tapping to sacrifice Breaching Hippocamp with mana value 3 to pull the mana value 4 Karmic Guide straight out of your graveyard. When Karmic Guide enters, its triggered ability immediately brings back the sacrificed Hippocamp, whose own entry trigger untaps Sidisi so the cycle can start anew. Meanwhile, Umbral Collar Zealot provides a convenient outlet to sacrifice Karmic Guide when needed, fueling endless surveil triggers as you churn through your library.
