How it works

1. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Karmic Guide.
2. When Karmic Guide dies, Embalmed Ascendant triggers, causing you to gain 1 life and each opponent to lose 1 life.
3. Resolve the Phantom Train ability.
4. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Junji.
5. When Junji dies, it and Embalmed Ascendant trigger.
6. Resolve the Embalmed Ascendant trigger, causing you to gain 1 life and each opponent to lose 1 life.
7. Resolve the Junji trigger, returning Karmic Guide from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to lose 2 life.
8. When Karmic Guide enters, it triggers, returning Junji from your graveyard to the battlefield.
9. Resolve the Phantom Train ability.
10. Repeat.
