How it works

1. Cast Karmic Guide by paying 3.
2. When Karmic Guide enters the battlefield, it triggers, targeting Metamorphosis Fanatic.
3. Holding priority, activate Umbral Collar Zealot by sacrificing Karmic Guide.
4. Resolve the Karmic Guide trigger, returning Metamorphosis Fanatic from your graveyard to the battlefield.
5. When Metamorphosis Fanatic enters the battlefield, it triggers, targeting Karmic Guide.
6. Holding priority, activate Umbral Collar Zealot by sacrificing Metamorphosis Fanatic.
7. Resolve the Metamorphosis Fanatic trigger, returning Karmic Guide from your graveyard to the battlefield.
8. Repeat form step 2.

This clever resurrection loop uses Umbral Collar Zealot as a sacrifice outlet to continuously feed an endless cycle of graveyard recursion. When Karmic Guide enters the battlefield, its ability targets Metamorphosis Fanatic, but sacrificing Karmic Guide to the Zealot in response ensures it hits the graveyard just in time to be brought back. Once Metamorphosis Fanatic resolves and enters the battlefield, its own entry trigger targets Karmic Guide, allowing you to sacrifice the Fanatic right back to the Zealot and repeat the process indefinitely.
