How it works
Activate any number of other lands you control by tapping them, adding at least 3.
Activate Overgrown Estate by sacrificing a land other than Port of Karfell, causing you to gain 3 life.
Repeat step 2 until you control no other lands except Port of Karfell.
Activate Port of Karfell's second ability by paying 3, tapping and sacrificing it, causing you to mill four cards and return Lumra from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
Lumra enters the battlefield and dies as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness.
Lumra's enter-the-battlefield ability triggers, causing you to mill four cards and return all land cards from your graveyard to the battlefield untapped due to Archelos.
Repeat.
This fascinating recursive loop uses Archelos, Lagoon Mystic to turn entering the battlefield into an explosive engine: by keeping Archelos untapped, its static ability ensures that all those returned lands enter the battlefield *untapped* rather than tapped. You feed your lands into Overgrown Estate to clear the board and stock your graveyard, leaving Port of Karfell ready to be sacrificed alongside your mana to pull Lumra, Bellow of the Woods back from the dead. Even though Lumra immediately hits the graveyard due to having zero toughness (since you currently control no other lands), its entry triggers mill four cards and resurrects every single land from your graveyard straight back into play. This floods the battlefield with all your lands—ready to be tapped for infinite mana or sacrificed anew—unleashing an endless cascade of landfall, lifegain, and creature triggers.
