How it works

1. Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing another artifact, which is a creature due to March of the Machines, dealing 1 damage to Smaug.
2. Smaug triggers, creating a Treasure token.
3. Repeat.

This clever loop transforms a hoard of gold into an endless cycle of devastation by turning March of the Machines' static animation into the ultimate fuel source. With March of the Machines animating your artifacts into creatures based on their mana value, Goblin Bombardment gains a steady stream of fodder to sacrifice—including the Treasures you generate. Directing that sacrifice damage right back at Smaug the Impenetrable triggers his indestructible hide to drop a fresh batch of Treasure tokens, which instantly become living, sacrificeable creatures under March of the Machines. By feeding those newly minted artifacts back into Goblin Bombardment, you loop the process indefinitely to bury your opponents in infinite death triggers and sacrifices.
