How it works

1. Activate Gwenna by tapping it, adding that can only be spent to cast creature spells or activate abilities of creatures.
2. Cast Ghalta from the command zone by paying .
3. Gwenna and Ascendant Packleader trigger.
4. Resolve the Gwenna trigger, untapping it and putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
5. Resolve the Ascendant Packleader trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
6. Resolve Ghalta. Then, activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Ghalta.
7. Choose to return Ghalta to the command zone from your graveyard.
8. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability.
9. Repeat.
