How it works

  1. Activate Archivist by tapping it, causing you to draw a card.
  2. The Locust God triggers, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token with flying and haste.
  3. When the Insect enters the battlefield, Intruder Alarm triggers, untapping all creatures.
  4. Repeat.

This engine leverages the steady tapping of Archivist to draw cards, which in turn fuels The Locust God’s triggered ability to flood the board with flying Insect tokens. Every time one of those tokens enters the battlefield, Intruder Alarm triggers to untap all creatures—including Archivist itself—allowing you to immediately tap it again to repeat the entire cycle. The synergy creates an endless loop of card drawing and token generation, leaving you with a massive airborne army and your entire deck in hand.
