How it works

1. Activate Myr Scrapling by sacrificing it.
2. When Myr Scrapling dies, Mortuary and Vengeful Bloodwitch trigger.
3. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Myr Scrapling from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Resolve the Vengeful Bloodwitch trigger, causing you to gain 1 life and target opponent to lose 1 life.
5. Resolve the Myr Scrapling ability.
6. Cast Myr Scrapling from the top of your library by paying 1 life.
7. Repeat.

This loop relies on Gwenom, Remorseless to turn the top of your library into an active hand, letting you repeatedly cast Myr Scrapling by paying life rather than its mana cost. Each time you sacrifice Myr Scrapling to pump up your creatures, Mortuary catches it on its way to the graveyard and immediately places it right back on top of your library for Gwenom to play again. Meanwhile, Vengeful Bloodwitch watches the carnage unfold, converting this endless cycle of deaths into a relentless drain of your opponent's life total while padding your own life total to comfortably fuel Gwenom's alternative casting cost.
