How it works

1. Activate Myr Scrapling by sacrificing it, targeting Evolution Witness, putting a +1/+1 counter on Evolution Witness.

3. Cast Myr Scrapling by paying 0.
4. Repeat.

This loop relies on a clever creature-recursion engine: sacrificing Myr Scrapling puts a +1/+1 counter on Evolution Witness, which triggers the Witness to pull the Scrapling right back from your graveyard to your hand for zero mana.
