How it works

1. At the beginning of your upkeep, Hollowhenge Overlord triggers, creating four 2/2 Wolf creature tokens for each Wolf and/or Werewolf you control due to Doubling Season and Exalted Sunborn.
2. Repeat step 1 during each of your upkeeps. You'll create exponentially more Wolves each time assuming the Wolf tokens survive.

This delightful pack of hounds feeds on exponential growth, turning a single upkeep trigger into an overwhelming tide of flesh and fur. It all starts with Hollowhenge Overlord, whose ability naturally spawns Wolves for every Wolf or Werewolf you already control. The real magic happens because Doubling Season and Exalted Sunborn both feature replacement effects that apply to token creation; since multiple such effects try to modify the same event, you apply both to multiply your incoming tokens fourfold at a time. With this compounding multipliers backing up Exalted Sunborn and your original pack, every upkeep leaves you with an astronomical army of 2/2 Wolves.
