How it works

1. Activate Umbral Collar Zealot by sacrificing Brotherhood Outcast.
2. When Brotherhood Outcast dies, Necrogen Communion triggers, returning Brotherhood Outcast from your graveyard to the battlefield.
3. When Brotherhood Outcast enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Necrogen Communion from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to Brotherhood Outcast.
4. Resolve the Umbral Collar Zealot ability.
5. Repeat.

This loop turns Brotherhood Outcast into an immortal sacrifice engine by exploiting a clever recursive loop with Necrogen Communion. When you sacrifice Brotherhood Outcast to Umbral Collar Zealot, Necrogen Communion's death trigger immediately returns the Outcast straight to the battlefield. That new entry triggers Brotherhood Outcast's own ability, fetching Necrogen Communion back out of the graveyard and reattaching it to the Outcast, ready to repeat the cycle infinitely. Meanwhile, Umbral Collar Zealot's sacrifice outlet lets you continually trigger the loop while fueling your graveyard with its surveil ability.
