How it works

1. Activate Cabal Stronghold by paying 3 and tapping it, adding for each basic Swamp you control.
2. Activate Candelabra of Tawnos by paying 2 and tapping it, untapping Cabal Stronghold and Candelabra of Tawnos as it is a land due to Toph.
3. Repeat.

This ingenious loop turns Toph, the First Metalbender into the ultimate geological catalyst, transforming your non-token artifacts into true lands that can be manipulated alongside your actual terrain. With this typing in place, Candelabra of Tawnos itself becomes a land, allowing you to pay its cost and tap it to untap both itself and your other land-artifacts. Meanwhile, Cabal Stronghold provides the explosive black mana needed to fuel the Candelabra's {X} activation while generating a net-positive surge. By repeatedly cycling these activations, you can channel infinite black mana and untap your entire board of artifacts and lands at will.
