Timeless Witness

How it works

1. Cast Doppelgang by paying 15, creating five token copies of Timeless Witness and of the four mana-producing permanents.
2. When the Timeless Witness tokens enter the battlefield, they trigger, returning Doppelgang and up to four other instant or sorcery cards from your graveyard to your hand.
3. Activate seventeen of the mana-producing permanent tokens by tapping them, adding at least 15.
4. Repeat.
5. Once you have infinite tokens and mana, you may instead target any other permanents using Doppelgang.

This ambitious mana-scaling loop turns a massive investment into total board dominance, anchored by the recursion engine of Timeless Witness. By sinking a mountain of mana into Doppelgang, you flood the battlefield with token copies of both the Witness and your mana-producing permanents all at once. The resulting influx of entry triggers lets you pluck Doppelgang right back out of your graveyard along with a handful of other spells, while the newly minted mana tokens effortlessly foot the bill to cast it again. With the loop self-sustaining, you can eventually retarget your spells and clone every single permanent on the board infinitely.
