How it works

  1. Activate Downdraft by paying G mana, causing Luminous Broodmoth to lose flying until end of turn.
  2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Luminous Broodmoth, adding G mana.
  3. Cruel Celebrant triggers, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and causing you to gain 1 life.
  4. Luminous Broodmoth triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield with a flying counter on it.
  5. Repeat.
