How it works

1. Give Cacophodon indestructible, if needed.
2. Activate the permanent that can deal damage by tapping it, dealing 1 damage to Cacophodon, triggering Cacophodon twice.
3. Resolve the first Cacophodon trigger, untapping the permanent that deals damage.
4. Holding priority, activate the permanent by tapping it, dealing 1 damage to any target.
5. Resolve the second Cacophodon trigger, untapping the permanent.
6. Repeat from step 2.
