How it works

1. Cause Sanctum Weaver to become an artifact using Liquimetal Torque.
2. Activate Sanctum Weaver by tapping it, adding at least 3.
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Sanctum Weaver.
4. Repeat from step 2.

By using Liquimetal Torque's ability, you instantly transform Sanctum Weaver into an artifact, making it a legal target for Voltaic Construct. Once the weaver is generating at least three mana—thanks to the enchantment type it now possesses alongside its usual traits—you simply funnel a portion of that bounty into Voltaic Construct to untap it, leaving you with infinite colored mana and an endless chain of untaps for your artifact creatures.
