How it works

1. Cause Magda to become an artifact using Liquimetal Torque.
2. Activate Clock of Omens by tapping Magda and another artifact, targeting Magda.
3. Magda triggers, creating a Treasure token.
4. Resolve the Clock of Omens ability, untapping Magda.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This loop turns Magda, Brazen Outlaw into an absolute engine by using Liquimetal Torque to temporarily give her the artifact type she desperately needs. Once she is an artifact, she and another untapped artifact can be tapped to pay the cost of Clock of Omens, which targets Magda to untap her right back. Because tapping Magda also triggers her second ability, every single cycle of the Clock creates a fresh Treasure token to fuel future loops. You can repeat this process as many times as you like to generate infinite tapped Treasure tokens and artifact enter-the-battlefield triggers, then finally cash in five of those Treasures to tutor up any artifact or Dragon from your library.
