How it works

1. Cause Doc Samson to become an artifact using Liquimetal Torque.
2. Activate Doc Samson by tapping it, adding at least three mana of any color
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Doc Samson.
4. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop transforms Doc Samson, Super Psychiatrist into an artifact creature using Liquimetal Torque, turning him into a valid target for Voltaic Construct's untap ability.
