How it works

1. Cause Faeburrow Elder to become an artifact using Liquimetal Torque.
2. Activate Faeburrow Elder by tapping it, adding at least 3
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Faeburrow Elder.
4. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop centers around transforming Faeburrow Elder into an artifact creature with Liquimetal Torque, allowing it to become a self-contained mana engine. Once the Elder has a few colors among your permanents to boost its yield, tapping it for mana provides more than enough output to pay for Voltaic Construct's untap ability.
