How it works
Activate Cormela by paying 1 and tapping it, adding that can only be spent to cast instant or sorcery spells.
Cast Doppelgang by paying 12, creating four token copies of Cormela and of the three mana-producing permanents.
Put the tapped Cormela and all but one Cormela token into your graveyard due to the legend rule, triggering each of them once.
Resolve the first Cormela trigger, returning Doppelgang from your graveyard to your hand.
Resolve all remaining Cormela triggers.
Activate twelve of the mana-producing permanent tokens by tapping them, adding at least 11.
Repeat.
This dazzling loop turns Cormela, Glamour Thief and a heavy investment of mana into an escalating, recursive spectacle fueled by Doppelgang. By leveraging Cormela's tap ability to help fund the massive spell, you cast Doppelgang for a high value of X to clone both Cormela and your mana-producing permanents into a swarm of tokens. The legend rule then sweeps up the redundant Cormela copies, whose death triggers allow you to pluck Doppelgang right back out of your graveyard and into your hand to do it all over again with even more mana at your disposal.
