How it works

1. Activate a Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding .
2. Krenko triggers, causing you to pay to create a 1/1 Goblin creature token with haste.
3. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing the Goblin token.
4. When the Goblin dies, Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating a Treasure token.
5. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to the Goblin's power.
6. Repeat.

This loop turns the simple act of sacrificing a Goblin into a self-sustaining engine of endless mill. With Pitiless Plunderer standing watch, every sacrifice of the token fed into Altar of Dementia triggers the creation of a brand new Treasure token. That freshly minted Treasure is then spent to fuel Krenko, Baron of Tin Street, whose triggered ability creates a hasty replacement Goblin to keep the grinding cycle spinning.
