How it works

1. Activate Quina by paying 2 and sacrificing a Frog.
2. When the Frog dies, Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating two Treasure tokens and two 1/1 Frog creature tokens due to Quina and Elspeth, Storm Slayer.
3. Resolve the Quina ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
4. Activate two Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 2.
5. Repeat.

This loop creates a self-sustaining engine built around sacrifice and token multiplication. By activating Quina, Qu Gourmet to sacrifice a Frog, Pitiless Plunderer triggers to yield a Treasure, which is then amplified into two Treasures and two extra Frogs thanks to the replacement effects of Quina, Qu Gourmet and Elspeth, Storm Slayer. Sacrificing just two of those newly minted Treasures generates the exact mana needed to pay for Quina, Qu Gourmet's activation cost again, leaving you with a net gain of permanent tokens and counters.
