How it works

  1. Cast Time Warp by paying its mana cost, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
  2. Cast Ephemerate by paying W mana, blinking Pinnacle Monk and exiling Ephemerate.
  3. When Pinnacle Monk enters, it triggers, returning Time Warp from your graveyard to your hand.
  4. Move to your next turn. At the beginning of your upkeep, Ephemerate's rebound ability triggers, causing you to cast it from exile without paying its mana cost.
  5. Resolve Ephemerate, blinking Pinnacle Monk
  6. When Pinnacle Monk enters, it triggers, returning Ephemerate from your graveyard to your hand.
  7. Repeat.

This elegant loop hinges on turning a humble enter-the-battlefield recursion trigger into an engine for infinite turns. By casting Time Warp, you secure the extra time needed to continuously manipulate your resources, but it's Pinnacle Monk that keeps the spell flowing by plucking it right back out of your graveyard upon entry. Meanwhile, Ephemerate acts as the perpetual blink engine that resets Pinnacle Monk, and its clever rebound ability neatly bridges the gap into your next upkeep so the loop can restart without spending extra mana.
