How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Diving Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
3. Sai triggers, creating a 1/1 Thopter artifact creature token.
4. Activate the Thopter token by tapping it, adding that can only be spent to cast spells from anywhere except your hand.
5. Repeat.

This intricate loop turns the humble Sensei's Divining Top into an endless engine for card draw and creature generation. While Mm'menon, the Right Hand lets you cast that Top directly from the top of your library and turns your artifacts into mana sources, Sai, Master Thopterist rewards each of those casts by producing a fresh 1/1 Thopter token.
