How it works

1. Cast Appa by paying
2. When Appa enters, its first ability triggers, exiling Wispweaver Angel with the ability to cast it later from exile.
3. Cast Wispweaver Angel from exile by paying 0.
4. Appa's second ability triggers, creating a 1/1 Ally creature token
5. When Wispweaver Angel enters, it triggers, blinking Appa.
6. Repeat from step 2.

This elegant loop relies on stacking cost-reduction effects from Honest Rutstein and Nylea, Keen-Eyed, which together slash the {2} exile-casting cost of Appa, Steadfast Guardian's airbend ability down to a free {0}. Once Appa enters and exiles Wispweaver Angel, you cast Wispweaver Angel for free, which triggers Appa's second ability to make a 1/1 Ally token while simultaneously blinking Appa back to the battlefield. Appa's re-entry exiles Wispweaver Angel once more, allowing you to repeat the cycle infinitely for an unbounded number of creature tokens and enters-the-battlefield triggers.
