How it works

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Su-Chi Cave Guard.
2. When Su-Chi Cave Guard dies, it triggers, adding eight C.
3. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Su-Chi Cave Guard's power.
4. Activate Soldevi Digger by paying 2, putting Su-Chi Cave Guard on the bottom of your library from your graveyard.
5. Activate Grenzo by paying 2, putting Su-Chi Cave Guard into your graveyard from the bottom of your library, and then putting it onto the battlefield.
6. Repeat.

This loop transforms a modest engine into an unstoppable powerhouse by recycling a single massive threat through the graveyard. When you sacrifice Su-Chi Cave Guard to Altar of Dementia, its death triggers a massive influx of eight colorless mana, more than enough to fund the rest of the operation. Soldevi Digger then steps in to tuck the construct safely onto the bottom of your library, allowing Grenzo, Dungeon Warden—whose power ensures the robot is always a valid target to reanimate—to cheat it right back onto the battlefield.
