How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Diving Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
3. Sai triggers, creating a 1/1 Thopter artifact creature token.
4. Activate the Thopter token by tapping it, adding that can only be spent to cast spells from anywhere except your hand.
5. Repeat.

This ingenious loop turns Sensei's Divining Top into a self-sustaining engine by utilizing the top-deck casting permission granted by Mm'menon, the Right Hand. Each time you draw the Top and recast it from the library, Sai, Master Thopterist steps in to reward the artifact cast by churning out a 1/1 Thopter token. That freshly minted Thopter can immediately tap for mana thanks to Mm'menon's static mana ability, providing the exact blue mana needed to replay the Top. While Thousand-Year Elixir and Sai's sacrifice ability aren't strictly required for the core loop to spin, they sit comfortably on the board ready to leverage the endless stream of artifacts and card draws whenever you need them.
