How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Diving Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
3. Sai triggers, creating a 1/1 Thopter artifact creature token.
4. Activate the Thopter token by tapping it, adding that can only be spent to cast spells from anywhere except your hand.
5. Repeat.

This clever engine puts Sensei's Divining Top into a perpetual loop of self-replacement by drawing a card and slipping back onto your library, where Mm'menon, the Right Hand readily allows you to recast it. Each time you cast the artifact, Sai, Master Thopterist triggers to churn out a fresh 1/1 Thopter token, which Mm'menon's mana ability then taps for the exact blue mana needed to replay the Top. While The Fire Crystal isn't strictly necessary to keep the core draw-and-cast loop running, its passive cost reduction and haste grant the resulting artifact army immediate offensive potential.
